Rogue Food isn’t about one size fits all eating. Instead, I work with you as an individual, to come up with the best and most delicious dishes to fit your dietary and lifestyle needs. Together, we will incorporate the best of all diets, from GAPS, paleo, Keto, Whole 30, low carb, gluten free, veggie, or whatever other concepts we need to implement to best match your lifestyle and constitution.
Here’s how it works:
- You schedule a consultation here, where we take takes an in-depth look at what we can do to take the overwhelm out of your workday lunches or weeknight dinners.
- You fill out and detailed questionnaire so that we have a tight overview of your preferences and general health concerns.
- I plan the menu based on your health goals and preferences, and give you options to choose from based on what you’ve told me.
- I go out and shop for the most local ingredients we can find, ensuring you get the best quality food.
- We set up a trial cook day. If you like the food, you can subscribe to our weekly service. We can make the food at your house, or we can deliver it to your door. (There are only 6 spots available.)
Weekly meals start at 300$ plus cost of groceries
